Custom Dock Systems, Inc., operates a state-of-the-art aluminum-fabrication facility.  The facility is designed especially for the welding, handling, and storing of aluminum products. 

Each dock is custom built to your specifications and warranted to withstand the elements of your property location.  Certified welders complete all welding and fabrication in a controlled environment.  All our aluminum extrusions are for marine use to give years of maintenance-free enjoyment.  All the aluminum components have a serrated finish to cut down on the shiny appearance, to add strength, and to hide debris.

Our ramps are an engineered, one-piece, arched, inverted-truss design with two structural handrails for strength and safety.  We offer a unique flare at the dock end of the ramp to add to the aesthetics of and ease of access to the dock with dock buggies or coolers.  This option can be added on any style or length ramp.  All square tubing for railings has a radius edge for comfort and safety.

On our covered docks, we offer all three types of roof structures:  hip roof, gable roof, and flat roof (with or without upper decks).  The hip roofs we manufacture are the heaviest in the market.  The two outer sections of the hip are totally built and welded as complete pieces.  This process eliminates the bolting or even weaker practice of screwing all the components together on site. All our base structures are equipped to accept any of the different roof designs.  Roof panels are offered in an array of colors and are covered by a manufacturer’s thirty-year warranty.

The flotation devices are encapsulated and exceed the requirements of all regulations of area lakes, including those of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Each float is covered by a manufacturer’s twelve-year warranty.

All base structures will accept any of the composite, aluminum, or Brazilian hardwood decking materials.
